What they are, you might ask. Let me run it for you.

Cardio-nuts: These are the members who come in about twice the day, and run for a few hours on the treadmill, then an hour on the Stairmaster, and you end up with thirty minutes recumbent. All of these exercises in aSession in the morning between six and nine clock. But this is only the morning shift's - they'll come back at night for an hour spin. Why all this heart?
