Gym Etiquette
Getting fit is a lifestyle. And like every lifestyle, it comes with its own special set of social rules and customs. To ensure that you as a courtesy to your fellow exercisers as possible while working in the gym, here are some of the basics of gym etiquette.
1. Clean Up After Yourself
Working out is sweaty business, and nobody expects that your sweat on magical way the bank if you do, set the slope to avoid presses. 4. Do not Be Too Loud
The gym can be a very special city noise.
